​1. Standard Hourly Rate: $75/hr

  • Charges calculated down to the minute-Transparent pricing for your dog, who may finish sooner one day or need a little extra TLC the next.

  • ​All Products & Services are Included - never any hidden fees or product up-charges.

​2. Specialized Care Rate: $85/hr

  • ​Appointments requiring specialized techniques or handling are charged at $85 per hour.

  • ​This rate applies to dogs presenting with extreme matting or grooming aggression. *Please note I do not use muzzles. If one is required, I will not be able to complete the service.

​3. A La Carte Services & Loyalty Rewards

  • ​Flat-Rate Services: Select services (e.g., nail trims, paw trims) are offered outside of bath/haircut appointments to current clients only at a separate, flat-rate price. Please refer to our Service Menu for details.

  • ​Loyalty Savings: See details about The Zen Maintenance Club to save 10–15% off the standard rate when scheduling regular appointments. Earn account credits with the Fetch-A-Friend referral program.

​A Note on Estimates

​All pricing estimates provided are based on the average time for coat type, size, and service.

Your final cost is always calculated on the actual time taken to perform services, not the time your pup may spend relaxing during unexpected interruptions or when they are not being actively worked on during set up or necessary cleaning.

Coat condition and behavior are the two biggest factors that impact time estimates. Well maintained pups on a schedule, comfortable with grooming take dramatically less time!

  • Core Package for Healthy Skin & Coat:

    Gentle, yet deep cleansing & moisturizing bath with coat/skin appropriate shampoo & conditioner, teeth brushing, facial scrub, blow out, thorough brushing/deshedding, paw moisturizer, ear cleaning & nail trim/file.

    • Smooth Coats (Small to Giant) — 45-75 Est. Min. $56 - $93

    • Double Coats (Small to XLarge) — 45-120 Est. Min. $56-$150

    • Curly Coats (Small to XLarge) — 45-120 Est. Min. $56-$150

    • Giant Double Coat Breeds (upto 140 lbs*)— 90-150 Est. Min. $112-$187

    For the sake of simplicity wire & silky coats may be lumped in with either Smooth or Curly coats category depending on current length.

Discounts & Promotions

  • Regularly scheduled maintenance helps to keep your dog’s skin and coat in peak condition, aids in environmental allergy management, lessens the amount of fur stuck to your furniture and is a less intensive, less time consuming visit to the groomers. Excellent maintenance should be rewarded!

    Zen Maintenance for Long, Double, or Curly Coats:

    • 10% off Every 6 Weeks or Less - Clients who maintain at least 3 bath or haircut appointments on the books every 6 weeks or less will receive 10% off services each visit.

    Zen Maintenance for Short Haired Coats

    Short haired dogs benefit from regular baths, brushing and nail trims as much as any double or long coated breed. Yet their skin, coat & nail health is more likely to be overlooked. Lets keep them looking and feeling as fabulous as their long haired peers!

    • 15% off Every 8 Weeks or Less - Clients with short haired dogs who maintain at least 3 Spa bath appointments on the schedule every 8 weeks or less will receive 15% off each visit

    Discounts can not be combined with any other promotions or discount (except Fetch-A-Friend credits) and Not applicable for Stand alone Services.

  • Book out every 6 weeks or less for the year and receive the appropriate maintenance discount, plus:

    • Priority Rescheduling - If you need to reschedule you will have first dibs on any open appointments or placed on the VIP waitlist.

    • 1 Waived Late Cancel/Missed Appointment Fee - I get things happen and If you’ve booked for the year, I know you are committed. I will automatically waive the first late cancel/Missed appointment fee of the year.

    • 1 Year Price Lock on Standard Rate and Flat Rate Services

    Special Note

    Yearly booking out opens November 1st for the following year and closes January 31st of the booking year.

    Client will drop out of Super Zen program, losing special privileges and remaining reservations, after 2 cancelled appointments that are not rescheduled in an acceptable time frame to maintain schedule (within 1 week).

    Clients who drop out of the Super Zen Program will be allowed to schedule no more than 3 appointments in advance until the next booking out period opens in November.

    Proof of foster from a licensed non-profit animal shelter is required.
