1.Standard Hourly Rate: $80/hr
Charges calculated down to the minute-Transparent pricing for your dog, who may finish sooner one day or need extra TLC the next.
All Products & Services are Included - never any hidden fees or product up-charges.
2. Specialized Care Rate: $85/hr
Appointments requiring specialized techniques or handling are charged at $85 per hour.
This rate applies to dogs presenting with extreme matting or grooming aggression. *Please note I do not use muzzles. If one is required, I will not be able to complete the service.
*Your final cost is always calculated on the actual time taken to perform services, not the time your pup may spend relaxing during unexpected interruptions . The clock stops when they get off the table.
Coat condition and behavior are the two biggest factors that impact time estimates. Well maintained pups on a schedule, comfortable with grooming take dramatically less time!

Gentle, yet deep cleansing & moisturizing bath with coat/skin appropriate shampoo & conditioner, facial scrub, blow out, thorough brushing/deshedding, ear cleaning & nail trim/file.

For the sake of simplicity wire & silky coats may be lumped in with either Smooth or Curly coats category depending on current length.

Teeth Gel— Application of brushless teeth gel. Enzymatic gel helps kill bacteria over 24-48 hours
Paw Balm —Helps soften and moisturize rough cracked paws.
Anti-Itch Bath— Adds 10 min to appointment. Gentle all natural moisturizers, mint and Yucca to soothe skin and combat itchiness.
De-shed Treatment- Adds 15 min to appointment. Specialized Shampoo & conditioner to pull excess hair from coat.

Book out for the year on a schedule of 8 weeks or less and receive:

Priority Rescheduling - If you need to reschedule you will have first dibs on any open appointments or placed on the VIP waitlist.
1 Waived Late Cancel/Missed Appointment Fee - I get things happen and If you’ve booked for the year, I know you are committed. I will automatically waive the first late cancel/Missed appointment fee of the year.
Special Note
*Contact the Spa to sign up during enrollment.
Enrollment for the following year opens October 1st and closes November 15th.
Client will drop out of Zen program, losing special privileges and remaining reservations, after 2 cancelled appointments that are not rescheduled in an acceptable time frame to maintain schedule (within 1 week).
Clients who drop out of the Zen Program will be allowed to schedule no more than 3 appointments in advance until the next enrollment period opens in October.
